Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it to EDINBURGH STREET SIGNS within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will provide a full refund.

All goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out and must include all original packaging. You will be required to pay for the return postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed faulty.

You must let us know you are returning an item before you send the item back. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation number (RA). To receive a RA, send an email to returns@edinburghstreetsigns.co.uk quoting your order #number, name and address, and a description of the reason for your return or exchange.

Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be given a full refund via the payment method of your original purchase.
